We do not guarantee that any particular technician, repair, or outcome will meet your expectations. Devices and systems are complex, and there is always some risk with any repair. You should discuss the details of your device and the work to be done with the technician before work begins.

3. Independent Technicians

Technicians who use our platform are independent contractors, not employees of TechniicianToGo. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or quality of work of any independent technician. Any agreement you make with a technician is between you and that technician.
